Maths and English

Over 6 million people in the UK struggle with their English in everyday life situations and at work, with around 26 million people struggling with Maths. It is important that, if you are one of those people, you do not feel like you are on your own. We have a range of courses that are designed specifically to support you to gain these skills, meet other people and build your confidence. Studying English and Maths with us could help you to:

– Understand money issues including reductions in shops and understanding pay and deductions on your payslip
– Communicate effectively in a range of different everyday situations
– Improve your chances of getting a job or progressing in your current role
– Support your children with their learning
– Study at a higher level

These courses are free if you have not already achieved a Level 2 qualification (GCSE A* to C) in either English or maths. If you choose to apply for one of these courses, you will be invited to an initial assessment session where our friendly team will help you to find the right level of course to start on and will support you to achieve the qualification.

We also offer GCSE English and Maths for Adults. For more information about these courses please contact 023 9279 7979 and ask for Admissions.
