Long-listed candidates will be invited to the College for the first part of the briefing and selection process. Final interviews for shortlisted candidates will take place after the selection process. During the briefing process those attending will receive further information about the College, be given the opportunity to tour the campus and meet both senior and departmental staff.
All candidates invited for interview will be required to give a 20-minute sample lesson on a topic of their choice and relevant to their particular specialisations or the requirements of the post for which they have applied. This will be delivered to a small group comprising Head of Department, a senior staff member, and a subject specialist.
A shortlist for final interview will be selected after the teaching session has been completed.
